    I recently had to get prints done for employment purposes. I had been to this location a week before, but, due to not having a Real ID license, I was unable to complete the task successfully, during my first visit. Fastforward, I go back the following week, with paperwork showing I had completed the task required, I just did not a have a physical copy of the ID. I was a bit concerned about this, so I called ahead and spoke with a lady that I had no idea I would be seeing the day of my appointment. She ensured be it would be enough. So, due to the location and where I was coming from, I was hoping it was good enough. And to my delight, it was. Ivanna had not steered me wrong and thanks to her, I was able to knockout the task successfully, and ensure that my employment opportunity was going to be successful as well! It was a seamless process. I did need assistance beginning the proceeds of doing my prints, but once we knocked out 2 finger tips, I was darn near a pro and we were rolling. It was an overall great experience, Ivanna was courteous, respectful, and patient while assisting and coaching me through the process. The reason behind me taking the time to write this, isn't to just point out Ivanna and her awesomeness, it is for everyone that has been there during both my trips. They're sociable and welcoming and do their best to be helpful. I'm unsure why the reviews look the way they do for this location, I can only awesome it was due to old staffing. And if that's the case, I feel those old reviews need to be reviewed and new ones need to be provided. I feel we as people expect all experiences to be perfect the moment you set your foot into an establishment, which is an unreal expectation, because as people, we can have one off days, where we feel we're giving our best but, maybe we are not quite there. Needles to say, I feel this location is not as bad as the stars 🌟 show. And if you did have a bad experience at one point of time, and things have improved, go back, and give credit where credit is due. The point of review should not be to just express grievances, but to commend and offer constructive criticism showing real measurable goals for obtainable expectations. And that's all I was trying to do today. To express that this location was great, during both my visits. So, am I saying this is a 5 star 🌟 location ALL the time? No, I am saying, during both of my visits, as far as I can tell, it's a post office I would go out of my way of to get to, more often than not, due to the experiences I had. And trust, if I ever had a visit with a bad occurrence, I'll be sure to voice it, but I'm a manner that allows for improvement, because, I might have caught someone in that one off day.

    Terrible customer service. I've never been to a post office before we're the staff treats you poorly and makes you do their job. Go to another post office.
