The staff here helped me avoid having a package returned to sender after already being shipped cross-country with the apartment number missing. The employee who helped me could not have been nicer. He took the time to look through the mailroom to help me, communicated with the delivery team to correct the issue, and saved me a huge headache over something that was totally my mistake and would've cost me more money and time to fix. Really appreciate it!

My child and I had appointments for passports. This was a first time experience for us, and we didn’t know what to expect. The lady who processed our paperwork, I believe her name was Mrs. Shannon, was extremely friendly and professional. She made the whole process a breeze.

I get this recent ice is pretty unprecedented, but going on 3 days of “no access to delivery location.” My driveway and sidewalk have been completely cleared. The access to my mailbox and front porch is clear and free of ice. Amazon hasn’t had any issues delivering packages. Sorry you can’t just walk across the yards of me & my neighbors like usual and have to actually walk up the driveway, but get it together.

1/31/2026 Today I went to get my mail that I put on hold. I was greeted by a rude, unprofessional foreign lady maybe Hispanic with dark burgundy hair older lady. She handed me the bundle of mail I started looking through it not one piece of the mail was mines. So she began to get an attitude with me because someone else was not doing their job correctly. I asked her can I just take the stop hold mail and I asked do you think I will get MY mail. She started talking about the worker is sorting mail. I was like that’s not what I asked. I was like yes or no. I gave up and left. Hopefully I get my mail or I will have to figure out a higher person to speak with. I was not the only person that could not get their mail smh. Princess Anne post office very unorganized.

They are by far the laziest group of workers! They have poor communication! The mail carrier will not get out of his truck to walk on a plowed sidewalk to deliver mail just because of a small pile of plowed snow in a parking spot. So I went down to receive my mail here and was told by the call line I could! So I went down and they told me they would hold my mail so I could pick up the next day. So the next day I went to pick up my packages and was told they don’t do that even though the lady who told
Me was standing right next to her! They are all lazy and should never work with the public
