They delivered my bank statements to the incorrect address and the people mistakenly opened it and then gave it to my apartment manager. Now all of my financial information is compromised.

Please if you can, make sure you get it to where you have to sign for your packages. Female mail carrier just throws peoples packages where she pleases, without making sure they are secure. We have kids constantly running around asking people if they need their trash taking out, so when there is a package unattended, I’m sure you know the rest. Mother had some books made for the kids, guess the mail lady couldn’t afford what she saw, so the packages were marked as delivered and I never received them. The supervisor showed little to no care, went to speak to him twice which I left my name and number. No call or anything. This is how she leaves your packages, notice they are small enough to fit inside the mailbox.

3 weeks ago, I was suppose to have a package delivered which needed my signature. It was delivered to the wrong apartment and it was signed (not by me). I contacted the business who sold it to me to let him knkw that was not my signature. I went to the Post office and told them what happened only for the Supervisor to say the worst thing you could ever say to a customer "I don't know what to tell you". Then said she would call me after speaking to the carrier who was conviently off that day. Never got a call or voicemail, so, I filed a claim which was denied since it was "delivered". I talked to the business I brought the item from the entire time and eveb talked to the carrier the following Tuesday who said she was off because her back hurt and the Supervisor never mentioned me or the package I never recieved. Well, today a lady who cleaned my building asked me if I was waiting to get a package. I walked over to the building with her next to mine and there it was 3122 apt 303...not my address. The moral of the story NEVER trust USPS to actually deliver anything to the correect address and if a signature is required, they will sign it for you. If I could this 0 stars...I would.

I had occasion to go here to ask about a lost package. I watched staff help an older person use the self- help kiosk to mail a package; accommodate a person with a walker in the line; and go above & beyond to be helpful to each person. Impressive!

All honestly wouldn't give this 1 star. The substitute mail carrier was very rude im asking her to check the truck to see if my mail fell in the truck because the day before it didn't come I honestly wouldn't care that much but it was my pay check so her and I was going back and forth I said I was going to call the police.. yes petty but I want my check like .... smh so me and my daughters walked away from her the mail lady stayed parked and as im walking off she was like come back so she can walk to me I went inside .. then of course I called the post office no answer then I go there this mail lady had the nerve to tell a lie and said I threatened her.. then the gentleman I spoke with at the post office that I spoke told me he heard what happened and now I was told by him that manager said I can't get my mail delivered. So I was told to send this guy an email to explain what happened and if he finds my check he would let me know.. meanwhile this mail lady is lier and very rude ..
