I came in to pick up my package with all the required information, and the lady working there refused to give it to me for no valid reason. She was rude, unhelpful, and acted like she didn’t want to do her job at all. Instead of trying to solve the issue, she just kept saying “I can’t give it to you” without explaining anything. I wasted my time, didn’t get my package, and left with no answers. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. UPS needs to train their staff better and treat customers with respect.
