Only to find out the package actually showed up two hours earlier before I got home tried to call and cannot get anyone on the phone without extremely long wait times currently waiting for a call back. Ridiculous. The time on Line does not match the time they actually came. We will be filing a complaint.

Sometimes my business phone reception is not the greatest and they have ALWAYS allowed me to connect my phone to their WiFi to return Amazon items. This is totally different from getting on their computers and using WiFi. For the first time EVER they tried to charge me $5 dollars just to connect my phone to make a return. My regular phone was dead so I couldn’t use my hotspot but this is outrageous. Talk about passing prices on to the consumers. This has never happened at any other UPS store and I visit ALOT. They will be passed in the future. Off to Staples or Kohls I go. They have lost this customer at this location for Life!

I drive there frequently and it is a good street, and you can see it on map quest. The UPS rep in the Bronx continuously cut me off while i was talking but confirmed that it was agood street and stated that it would be delivered on Monday. NO APOLOGY FOR INCONVENIENCING ME. So I go to the Fredericksburg store and the same thing. NOT ONE SIMPLE APOLOGY!!! The employee Evan wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before cutting me off while im talking. Evan ASSUMED I wanted to file a claim because he wouldn't take the time to listen to me. AGAIN, NOT EVEN A SIMPLE APOLOGY. UPSwas quick to accept my $169.00 but wouldn't take the time to listen to me or even apologize when my package wasn't delivered.
