The packaging was impressive to the recipient, who explicitly said that "It was done like a manufacturer had shipped it." Considering the package was thousands of dollars' worth of computer components, this was great to hear. Victoria also was very attentive to my concerns about the process, patiently explaining things and allowing me to stress which things must be protected most carefully, and then she actually did it. I'm not a very trusting person, and normally wouldn't entrust my packages to other people, but had to due to certain circumstances. It got to the destination not only super fast, but in the same condition I'd handed it over in! I will absolutely be using this specific UPS location in the future, specifically, any time I have something I have to entrust to another courier.
