We did get snow but not 2 weeks of snow and literally every other package has arrived (usps, ups, amazon, regular fedex). This 2 day priority package is the only package still riding around undelivered. I've spent several hours on the phone but pick up is "not allowed". Unprofessional and Unacceptable.

Package has been sitting still in fredricksburg for 4 days!!! Meanwhile FedEx trucks have been up and down the road 2 minutes from my house all week. I’ll never buy stuff again if they use FedEx. Stay away from FedEx
