  I live in Stafford virginia and my streets are clear from the snow sense Saturday 1/31/2026. I am still waiting on my packages, I understand the weather was bad last week and they could not deliver them, but School busses are running on my street, The mail is being delivered and the UPS has delivered packages to my tailor.when I look at the website it says it's in the local warehouse. I talked to the FedEx driver and he said he is doing his full route sense Saturday. My question why can't you bring my packages? The streets at cleared.

  Very bad customer service. When you call on the phone, you can only get the robo-caller. The system will not connect you to a real person, then it disconnects.

  Used to this Fedex location for the last six years with my work. I’m thankful for the team, but there was definitely some difficult transitions with crew over the last year.

  Every time my husband and I go in the ladies are always so helpful and cheerful. This last trip they had it more tough, because the air conditioning is out for a week or two in this 90° heat and they still pushed through. This location is awesome... love to do all my shipping and receiving with this location.
