Really struggling with getting getting good service. From setting up our PO Box to getting mail has been difficult. The most recent experience was not getting my wife’s mail. The employee said it was because she was not on the application, but when she checked she saw that my wife’s name was on the application - frustrating

The person working the desk was so cheerful and kind! This was no small feat, I am sure, since I visited near closing time on a Friday. I brought in a package to ship with duct tape on it, which she informed me was not allowed. I would have just left and come back another day, but she said someone else had left a roll of tape behind and I could use that. This is obviously not something that is always available, but I feel thankful that someone left tape behind and that she thought to offer it to me!

Good little US Post Officr location. Conveniently located on JBM-HH (for servicemen and dependents only) Has everything youd need for basic services, but could be better kept i.e. tidiness. If you're looking to send a letter, package, or pickup some stamps, this is the place to go.

It's on a military base. So if you don't have DoD ID, you won't get there.
