I’ve been going to this post office for 20+ years. New postal clerk is not customer oriented. Seems a real chore to do her job. Today, Tuesday, April 15. I had to knock on the drop down counter door as it was 0956 and it was not opened. Not a holiday or special note saying why it was not open. When I asked if their hours changed, she said they open at 10am. I asked if they are still open at 1600. She didn’t know and said she had to check with the manager because they might close earlier. Postal Website, JBMHH Website and multiple signs on the outside and inside say hours are Mon-Fri 0830-1600 except federal holidays with a daily lunch break from 1300-1400. Whoever is her manager needs to check up on her and properly advertise new hours, if that is truly the case and she is not making her own hours.

Is not wheelchair accessible. I can refill everything about my package and the clerk will still waste time to ask me questions about what has already been answered on the forms. If you are looking for fast service do not go here.

Latina lady with glasses that works here is rude and not helpful at all. I came in 10 minutes before closing time and was asked to leave just because I don't have the correct forms for an FPO shipping, which I asked her help prior and was turned away. Even when I asked for a marker or what box to be used, that lady gave me an attitude and was told to figure it out on my own. This post office is inside a military base, so most if not all people who use this post office are service members or their family yet the way this lady treats military personnel is condescending and unprofessional. Zero customer service. Management needs awareness of their employees and how they treat people in general.

It's on a military base. So if you don't have DoD ID, you won't get there.
