  *BEWARE* If you order anything and have it shipped to this UPS store. They charge you to pick it up. The only thing the guy did was get my package and put it on the counter. Nothing additional. It’s a shame how some businesses that are allowed to operate on a military base is a means to get over on service members. The store I purchased from didn't indicate there maybe a fee that way I could have decided if that was the route I wanted to take.

  I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Kawana at UPS! She’s always so friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to help. Her positive attitude and efficiency make every visit a smooth and pleasant experience. You can tell she truly cares about her work and the customers. Thank you, Kawana, for being so great at what you do!

  The worst customer service I ever had on a military base. She wouldn't even get off her chair (CHAIR IS CODE) to answer basic questions about shipping. Lady you chose your career....

  The lady at the store on 11/16/2023 at around 14:30 was incredibly rude. Wouldn’t let use a single piece of tape. Just a small strip. Lacks professionalism and doesn’t know how to talk to customers at all. I just needed one medium sized tape strip to take a laptop box together. Just shut one opening of the box. Just one. She wouldn’t budge and I had to buy a whole strip of tape. There’re a pattern with this store, whenever that disrespectful employee always works there. She had like red locs or something.

  Called to ask a question, got a one word response and immediately hung up on. Tried calling back and hung up on again highly unprofessional
