- YDYo DoellingAug 2, 20221.0Awful customer service rep! I arrived. I waited for a customer to get his 4 packages and Money Order then… another customer mailed and packaged an over night mail. She asked me when I came in because she closed at 1:30pm for lunch. I looked at that moment, and it was 1:32pm. I said I was in here before 1:30pm, even though I can’t prove it. I know I’ve been here longer! I told her that it’s not my fault for having those previous customer. I continued to keep telling me that she hasn’t eaten her lunch…. I told her I haven’t eaten a meal since last night! After that, I didn’t trust that she’ll do her job! I got upset and just left! She needs retraining on customer service. Especially, I just came after community service volunteering 6 hours and she could of given her customer 2 minutes! Ugh! I can’t believe she’s on military base post office!
