- TPTaylor PhelpsAug 15, 20252.0Scheduled an appointment to get my passport. I got in line 2 or 3 minutes late. Made it to the front right at their 5 minute grace period and was not seen. USPS needs to hire more people. The poor people at the front are overworked.

- RBRobert BonserJul 15, 20251.0Went to ship a bubble mailer package with the exact same contents that I had twice previously shipped First Class for about $4. The lady at this post office refused to give me the option, saying it was "too rigid" and even tried to show me it was too thick to fit through their width for first class (which it actually did... It was a loose bag of playing cards). She wanted to charge me almost $9 to ship it instead of $4. I went to another USPS post office in town, and they didn't even ask questions, just shipped it first class for $4. I won't be back to this post office. Beware they will try to upsell you here, and don't care about it.
