They’ll post reasons why they can’t deliver like they cannot access your driveway or your house even though you have a paved driveway and you’ve been home all day. They will state that they don’t have your stuff yet. It’s right there in a bin in the post office. And the guy that is behind the counter that you ask about your stuff is impersonal and rude. No wonder the USPS is in trouble

- RRred redSep 14, 20233.0I retract the review I submitted on Sept 12. The Floyd post office has a new postmaster. I spoke with him on Sept. 13, I get the impression he is very concerned about customer service. With new management we may see better customer service.
