I have a small ebay business and I receive packages almost everyday. I keep at sign on the table at the back carport saying to leave all packages there. So all my delivery drivers know me and about this. Most of postal employees get it right, although they seem to be a bit put out that I get packages so often. But today I have to say something because this is the 3rd time in the last 2 months it's happened. I live on RT.11.lots of traffic travels by daily. But my delivery driver left my boxes sitting on the ground at my mailbox where anyone could have taken them. I guess they didn't want to take the time to come up the driveway again. This is unacceptable. I also have many packages I ship out almost daily. I spend quite a bit at the Post Office and I would think that these employees would realize that I am job security for them. And at least twice a week I get a box severely damaged. Seems if you mark it fragile they damage it on purpose. I just can't believe that any postal employee would think it's ok to leave delivered parcels on the side of the road. If my husband had not seen it I believe that it would have been taken. If it happens again I will be going to the main post office in charge about it. I pay enough for the basic service I get from you, but I am not going to keep going through this without doing more about it. Please talk with your drivers as I see and hear that it's happening more than we think.

Typically good service, but this past year if a package does not quite fit in the mailbox, it has been shoved into the box, where I have had great difficulty retrieving it. I am sure if it is so difficult to retrieve, it must be just as hard to shove in. Before these where left by the garage door. Today, the package didn't fit to the point that the mailbox was left open in the rain. My package is still there because I'm going to need help freeing it.

Leaves packages in the ditch, exposed to elements and available to be stolen. This was never an issue a few years ago. How the service has fallen... They will throw them in the ditch 100x before actually removing themselves from the car seat.
