- CCChrisSep 3, 20251.0The older gentlemen working at the front desk are good and got my packages that the lazy mail carriers out of here refuse to deliver randomly. Absolute worst drivers work out of here. Sadly amazon sellers use the post office instead of private shipping companies that do not play the games these lazy federal employees do here. And when Amazon does this the carriers out of this post office choose randomly to not deliver packages claiming the package is too large/oversized when it is a regular size box and lightweight that they have delivered several times before because they are simply too lazy and do not feel like it or want to put it on the porch or mailbox. Carriers from this location are lazy and then you cannot get ahold of a human by phone to resolve the issue so you dont get what you need when you need it and paid to have it by. Have to then go to the Farmville post office with hopes that your package is left there which is usually the case or wait extra days for them to bring it back there. I hate the post office with a passion and wish they were done away with so private companies can do the work without lazy employees not held accountable ever who do as they please. Sadly the post office still exists. Total trash and needs to be done away with and only allowed to deliver letter mail so that citizens can get packages on time without problems due to lazy unaccountable USPS drivers who just do whatever they want at random. Sick of it and having to find another location outside of the Farmville area to deliver packages to when time sensitive and go get them myself because this location mismanages the drivers and lets them get away with this nonsense. Already contacted Amazon and told them they are going to lose business in Farmville if they do not use their own Amazon drivers or a private company like DHL or FedEx as the USPS is not reliable or equipped to handle packages and two day delivery Prime service. They need to stick to letter mail or be done away with entirely because they are outdated and do not want to get with the times and do the work. They cause delays and inconveniences as a result that will cost businesses that ship packages through them to lose customers. I wish I could avoid them entirely because they are incompetent and lazy.
