    I strongly advise against using this location (along with Seven Corners USPS location) due to negligent management and unprofessional staff (these two locations are interconnected, management is the same). I have held a PO BOX here for 4 years, but my experience with lost/stolen items and the handling of this matter has been unacceptable. On January 15th my package was disappeared (potentially stolen) after being received by H.Nguyen. As one of the clerk mention it was accidently given to another PO Box client (170$ value). But I was upset not only because of the lost package, but mostly because of the attitude of the USPS employees: Gillermo tried to avoid escalating the issue by falsely calling it a 'missing package'. I told:"Gillermo..it is not a missed package. It was disapperead after you guys received it. And it a big difference". Customer service was absolutely unhelpful. H.Nguyen who initially signed and accepted my package decided to transfer to another location very fast. Management broke their promise to provide compensation after three scheduled appointments: 1) When I arrived the first time, the supervisor told me she forgot she also needed to speak with a clerk. I told her, 'Chastity, you invited me here to collect my refund? It took me a long time to get here! Why did you not email me to reschedule?' 2) Two weeks later, Chastity called with good news that I could come take my refund. I was happy. I came on Wednesday, April 15, but Chastity was not there. A male supervisor told me, 'Come back Friday" 3)I came in on Friday. The ladies, Chastity and another supervisor, wanted to give me only part of my refund. I asked, 'Why are you only refunding part of it?' They suggested me to speak with their boss. When the boss arrived, he had a smile on his face, clearly enjoying the situation, and told me, 'You know... you are not getting your refund at all". I said:"Chastity called to come here to take my refund". Hi:"But I decided that you wont". I said that I would complain. Hi:"Do whaever you want" - and closed a door infront of me with a smile. Does anyone control this organisation?! Or can they do whaever they want and get away with it?! NO any reasons were giving me for rejection! They invited me to come and take my money for their mistake, and after my arrival, they rejected! Based on what was that desision!? Young man (clerk) with ponytail ..What did you tell that male supervisor about me? The situation was very clear for me and what was it based on... do you know that such things are part of bullung against customer? Male manager who rejected my compensation (refund) based on vile and false slander.. do you know that it is abuse of your professional power?! I would say Chastity is the only who at least tried to help. But the whole situation was terrible. It is imposible to face anything like this is any private bussiness. By the way, woman who took my package and did not bring it back - do you know that this theft?

    Worst location ever and worst service you can get. I had appointment at 2:45p I got there 2:49p just 4 minutes late, they refused to take me and they were so rude.

    I would have given zero stars if possible. In all my years I have never encountered such a rude and unprofessional service. I came in at this location for passport renewal for my child and the person at the counter named Juwon did not want to give us a form or provide us service because he claimed he was busy. We arrived 2 mins before the appointment time. Although filling out a form literally takes 3 mins. I paid for Uber to get there and our round trip was $25 dollars, which was wasted because this person did not want to provide service to an American citizen. He was placed there to service the public but failed miserably. He needs to be coached or dismissed.
