Ankur and Evan did a great job! Went above and beyond to get our order done and were extra patient and professional when we needed a little extra help.

Went in to print some flyers — straightforward enough errand, you'd think. The self-service print area is a maze of confusing signage, unclear instructions, and machines that don't walk you through the process in any logical order. There was no staff anywhere to be found when I needed help. I did eventually get my flyers printed, but the process raised a bigger question: I was never asked for payment. The machine just asked if I wanted a receipt and called it a day. I have no idea if I was charged, if someone else's account got billed, or if I just accidentally got free flyers. Not exactly a confidence-inspiring experience for a business built around print services. On top of all that, $1 per page for a standard 8.5x11 flyer is steep. I was expecting something closer to 25 cents a page — which is in line with what most print shops charge for basic black and white copies. At four times that price, Staples should at least make the experience seamless. They managed neither the value nor the service.

Kylie, I am almost sure that was her name, who handles the copy center and the station where customers place printing and shipping orders, knows about work ethics instinctively. She is calm, consistent, and maintains a steady pace. Initially, I inquired about labels, and she guided me. When I returned almost two hours later, she was still working at the same pace and guided me further, and helped me completing my order. The manager seemed disinterested when I asked about an item. A young gentleman working at the same shift was polite and informed me that I could return items within a certain period. I appreciate everyone and hope those who work here understand the importance of serving businesspeople. Their help can make a significant difference.

Michael was absolutely amazing at Staples! He helped me with my birthday poster and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. The service was incredibly fast, efficient, and seamless from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly how I wanted. I really appreciated how quick and smooth everything was. Highly recommend working with Michael if you need anything done right and done fast!

Unfortunately, there is a diminishing number of office-supply-and-service stores in the area; but I've been grateful that this STAPLES [Store #92] has thus far endured the changing landscape...until today [29 March 2026]. I've shopped or sought service from this store for the past few years and have had many impediments but never anything that I would describe as a "problem." Today, my shopping needs were very simple (a planner and some pens) and despite entering the store with no extraordinary expectation of above-and-beyond customer service, I was grotesquely disappointed in what I witnessed and experienced. First, as I approached the poorly marked check-out lane (singular) I stood within eyesight and earshot of two (2) 'red-shirted' employees [names unknown]. Both were assisting customers so I understand that I wasn't their main focus. However, after about three minutes, other customers began entering what I finally noticed to be *the actual* check-out lane; marked with a small red/white sign that blended in with other items. This was my fault, and I adjusted to the back of the correct line with no incident. However, I am disappointed that an opportunity to have been engaged and properly guided by staff was not taken. Second, I witnessed an elderly, mobility-impaired customer approach an open counter and attempt to engage with one of the 'red-shirted' employees. Not only was he ignored, but one of the employees (who also failed to offer guidance to an elderly, mobility-impaired customer struggling to check out) mocked and laughed at the other customer's increasing frustration. At no time did either employee attempt direct, meaningful engagement with the customer; to the point that the customer left [what appeared to be] an HP printer in the cart at the front of the check-out counter. When the 'red-shirted' employee finished filling balloons (and gave a kind greeting to the child/family being serviced) he returned to the counter, *sat in a high chair behind the register*, and invited the next customer to approach *without removing the cart or printer from the area*. Third, upon my turn to check out, I was greeted with an "Hello?" as if to imply that I was not paying attention to the open register; which I was, but I never approach until invited. When I greeted the employee, he didn't respond. Besides asking if I'd had an associated phone number, his engagement was cold, distant, and unhelpful. Having had a receipt printed, he looked off in the distance instead of recovering and handing me the receipt. He did not thank me for my visit and has thus given me very little desire to return to "STAPLES STORE 92" for any future needs. I hate to be too critical, but this was an unnecessarily disappointing experience. Having never worked in their landscape, I can have some grace; but I think some training will be helpful for those representing the STAPLES brand (and will help better weave the fabric of the community). Grateful for the company; grateful for the products and services; but put off by today's experience.
