I was here (Leesburg Pike) for passport renewal. It was “Pham” who was at the desk. She was not at all helpful. Rude and not willing to help. She did the same thing to the people prior to me. I don’t think she even likes what she is doing. She should not be assigned where you have to provide customer service coz she does not have it at all!

Desk staff "Pham" is not at all accommodating. She should not be working at the front desk. She does not have any customer service skill at all. Very rude and not willing to help or answer questions. She can resign if she is not happy with her job. I also saw how rude she was with customers ahead of me.

There’s always a line out the door, prepare spend over an hour in line. Selfservice is a waste because there’s never any packing/mailing material to use. I’ve come 10 different times and had to leave because the wait was so long. Gonna just spend $20 to mail a letter through UPS instead I guess.
