Staff member Juwon was rude, unprofessional, and rushed us without offering any proper assistance. He gave us barely a few minutes to complete the form and refused to help with photos. The supervisor showed no concern or willingness to help either. Went to another USPS nearby and had a completely different, positive experience. This location seriously needs better customer service training.
