- TRThalia R.Dec 29, 20251.0I am continually missing mail and when I reached out to report this nothing happened. I have been trying to contact them and nothing happens. I am sent to an automatic system which does nothing. I’m upset because very important documents are being lost ironically all from the same location. I am also missing checks from Fidelity. Staff needs to be investigated at this location.
- LBLina BazenskyJun 24, 20242.0This post office is hit or miss. Allison is great! She’s super friendly to everyone who comes in. I came in today and witnessed a postal worker named Pattie who was too preoccupied on a personal call on her cell phone to give anyone their time of day. A patron came in and was looking for pricing information. Pattie asked for the zip and when the patron said she had to look it up, Pattie rolled her eyes at the patron impatiently. My personal experience with Pattie was neither super pleasant nor negative but it certainly did not rub me the right way to see her treat someone else so rudely.

I was supposed to get my package by Sunday, but this carrier didn’t deliver my package because “the address I provided was incorrect.” I know I provided the correct address. I’ve ordered packages off of Amazon using my address several times. I would go to this place directly, but they close when I get off work, and they’re closed when I don’t work. On Monday, I tried to get in contact with them, but the number provided on the USPS website was incorrect. So I got into contact with a USPS agent, and they verified the address I provided on my package WAS correct, so I gave them my contact info so they could look into why the package wasn’t delivered. The agent never got back to me, so I was never told why my package was never delivered, but the package was delivered later that day. I shouldn't have to take so many steps just to get one small package. Avoid this location if you can. Or better yet, try to avoid using USPS when it comes to package deliveries.
- KTKim TranApr 3, 20201.0I’m a seller. I live close to this office. Every day I bring more than 100 packages here to ship. I pay for each package with more than $10 with priority ship 2-3 days. The Asian staff here is very friendly. She lets me drop off.Another staff is unfriendly and so mean. She always say each package is over weight. I don’t know what is different between 1 lbs and 15.9oz. So Mean. Never come here again.
