- JOJessie OrmerodJan 12, 20261.0I visited this location today for a passport appointment with my 14 year old daughter and had an incredibly negative experience with an employee named Julie. From the moment we arrived, she was hostile and unprofessional. First, when reviewing a supporting document regarding the father’s absence, she refused to read it. When I asked her to read the first page of the short, two-page document, she complained that she "didn't have time" and demanded I point out the specific words myself—despite document review being the main purpose of the appointment. Then, I realized I needed to retrieve cash/debit card (credit card not accepted for passport service) and offered to drive home quickly (5 minutes away). When I corrected my estimate to 15 minutes to be safe, she actually called me a liar to my face, saying, "Oh now you are telling the truth, 5 min is a lie." Finally, upon our return, I simply asked if a copy of the passport had been made. She snapped at me, asking if I "wanted to come back behind the counter and do her job." This entire display happened in front of my teenage daughter. I remained calm, but this level of rudeness is unacceptable for a customer service role. I would not recommend this location as long as this type of behavior is tolerated.

- MHMarin HulseNov 29, 20251.0Regarding walk-in passport services. The lady refused to service us with an hour left in their walk-in passport service time. Moreover, she was unprofessional and rude when declining services. The other worker offered an appointment slot and kindly advocated us to the lady, but she was rude to the worker as well. Highly recommend other places for passport services.
