The other 24/7 self service location in Tysons Corner never has flat rate boxes in stock, making it impossible to ship anything outside of regular hours.

The lobby is locked, meaning there is absolutely no way to drop off mail outside of regular business hours. Tough luck, Falls Church! Better take time out of your workday to come instead. Their lazy sign doesn’t mention they’re closed at ALL times outside full service hours, either. I watched 5 other people try the doors as I wrote this on a Sunday at noon. This is my home post office and my mail carrier is an ANGRY woman who speeds through our parking lot and shoves mail carelessly into boxes, wadding up things labeled “Do Not Bend.” Literally nothing good about this location. One star is too generous.
