    Easy drop off, no line, great service. Returning an item from Amazon. Amazon provided label. UPS just scan the label, printed my receipt and I was on my way. Highly recommend to all.

    The most frustrating experience I have ever had was in this store. For the second time the charge me for nothing literally, I asked for assistance to print some documents and no one responded also they charged me for 3 copies and I only got one. This will be my last time with the UPS.

    Currently have an open claim as they continually over report the weight of items I have shipped from this location to price gouge. Be careful and use USPS instead.

    They charged me six dollars for some tape and printing that doesn’t make sense for me, They get paid already for the Amazon drop off
