  No sirven hoy fui a dejar mis libros los necesito para mañana y me dijeron que me los iban a tener listos esta noche que esperara un correo y no me mandaron nada y los libros son urgentes si yo hubiera sabido que no me los iban a entregar ni los hubiera dejado son muy lentos para trabajar

  I’ve done rush orders on prints here 3 times and every time they are at least a day late. None of their staff in the print dept bothers do do their job and print when things come in. The managers are pulling people from print to clean aisles. Or even better yelling at employees in front of customers. A disaster from the top down. Third try with them was not the charm.

  There is a gentleman working tonight feb 6th, and he is hustling and helping everyone with a great attitude. I recommend this staples over any other one!

  You truly understand why these types of stores went out of business and more people rely upon Amazon. I recently placed a order for an item that they said they had six of them in stock at the location closest to my home even with that being a 10 minute drive upon arrival, I was informed that even though the system said they had the item that they didn’t actually get their shipment. It went to the wrong store and in order for me to get my item that I already paid for online and it will be of course one or three days before I’m refunded. I will need to go to another store about 20 or 30 minutes away to go get the item from there, hoping that they will actually have it in person and then paying another hundred dollars in the interim. Just go ahead and close if you have to make your money by selling pre-check and all these other ancillary items but aren’t able to deliver on the core reason why your company exist then maybe it’s time for a change. Update update update the other location. I was told to go to upon my travel halfway to the store received the email that that store did not have any inventory as well adding to the issues so now we have two stores to charge payments of almost $100 and not an item in sight. Do I chance it and try the third store that’s even further away or do I just get on Amazon hand raise? It’s gonna be Amazon.
