He really helped me, and he treated me like a fellow human being. I ran into some problems with the printer, and he went out of his way to help me. The line got really long but he handled it fine, and then I saw him going out of his way to help another woman with the printer.

However, their printer broke and instead of calling to let me know that they wouldn't be able to fulfill my order, I had to go there in person and find out what the hold up was. They will not answer the phone- I tried calling multiple times to see if I can cancel my order and get a refund or get it transferred to another store. Still nothing.

When we went inside they made us wait 30 minutes and then finally told us the machine was down after I asked what was taking so long. We said no problem we will come back when it’s ready. They said ok Friday evening latest. It’s now Friday evening and whenever I call they throw me on hold.
