  Did not inform me that their printer was broken when I placed an order, if I had known I would’ve ordered at a different location. The printing services worker seemed too intoxicated to properly give me info on next steps or when I could expect my prints, she didn’t even offer to cancel my order or change the store.

  Ordered business cards online-12/26 for 24 hr pickup on 12/27. Went next day on 27th for pick up the card was not ready and told me that will not be ready until next day. Waited until 29th no confirmation whatsoever, called waited on hold for over 30min and no one picked up. Went online for chat customer service who also failed to get them on phone and told me will get an email but no email came through. Got back on chat the next day on 12/30. After chatting with them for 45 min they got hold of them and told me I can pick by the afternoon. Went to the store 4pm to pick up , guess what order wasn’t ready fully. Told me to give me 45 min to finish. Check the half finish product which not nearly close to the order they showed online. Anyway this is the service staples providing. This is my first time doing business and the last. Very disappointed and not recommended.

  I ordered business cards from Staples on November 7 and came in on November 9 to pick them up. Instead of receiving my order, I was told it had been canceled the same day without any reason. The staff were unhelpful, rude, and acted like they didn’t care at all about fixing the issue. No offer to remake the order, no solution, no accountability. I was told I’d get a refund in 48 hours, but nothing has shown up. This location clearly suffers from lack of management and customer care. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

  Would give 0 stars if possible. Sent 2 sheets for simple print Friday morning for same day printing and as of Sunday afternoon they still have not completed the job. The staff is very rude, when I went in to check the status and request if it could be printed the manager told me no to wait for a message, they are still behind on print jobs. Not sure how they could be so behind and if so, should not offer same day pick up options to customers. In addition, very minimal gift card selection. Never coming here again

  I dont usually leave reviews but this is the absolute worst store I have ever been in. Came in two days ago to get prints and waited over an hour to place the order. Staff said they would be ready yesterday. Came back a day after they were supposed to be ready and was told that they did wrapping paper first instead of my order. I guess that's more important. Lady said she would print them while I was there and to come back in 30 minutes. Over an hour later they still haven't been printed and I just ended up leaving because I was so frustrated. Horrible service and the employees have no idea what they are doing! They have one person trying to run everything and its not working. Do better Staples.
