Terrible experience — and unfortunately not the first time at this location. None of the self-service printers were working. They don’t fix them individually and wait until multiple machines fail, which leaves customers stuck. The associate assigned to the print/copy section was away from his station, busy yapping elsewhere, while several of us waited. I approached him for help and he still didn’t return. Three other customers left along with me. Incident occurred around 4:55 PM on 02/24. Does this store even have management?

I’ve made three rush orders here and the staff avoids doing any print work. They are always a day or two late then look confused and blame each other when you show up to pick up. The managers are either telling employees to go clean and not help in print or yelling at them in front of customers. It’s an absolute train wreck here; I had to wait a day plus on a rush order that should’ve been done in 3 hours it was literally 10 pcs of paper.. Update, while they were completing the rush order that was already a day late. They asked me for who their staff was when I came yesterday. Then they suggested I go to another staples at Birch and broad. Seemed like a manager. Who was incredibly rude and unapologetic.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS, I WOULD! This is honestly the worst Staples location I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve placed several orders here, and every single time there has been an issue. Whether it’s printing, cropping, laminating, or basic order handling, something always goes wrong. What makes it worse is that staff often say they don’t know how to do things that are literally part of their job in the print department. Instead of trying to help or fix issues, simple requests become unnecessarily complicated. On top of that, whenever I point out mistakes on my order, the staff give attitude as if I’m inconveniencing them, even though the errors are on their end. Customers shouldn’t feel uncomfortable asking for their orders to be done correctly. At one point, I even had to contact corporate just to get the manager to handle something that should have been done in the first place. After telling me it couldn’t be done, it suddenly became possible once headquarters got involved. That alone shows how poorly things are handled here. At this point, whenever I place an order at this location, I already expect problems. Basic printing services shouldn’t be this stressful. I’ll definitely avoid this store moving forward and would not recommend it to anyone, and I advise others to do the same.

I popped by to drop off Amazon returns mid-day, but I was unable to wait in the line, so I came back at 5:59 pm to do my returns. There was a sign stating 6pm cut-off for returns. I walked up at 5:59 and Sydney waited on me and took in all my returns. She did not have to, I asked her and she obliged so that I did not have to return for a 3rd time. Sydney was wonderful. She and I chatted about the increase in returns since Feb 1 when the Amazon Fresh store next door closed down. She said she was worried she was unable to do her assigned job due to taking in all the returns. I am sure the store manager will do what is possible to make it better for the team members and I hope Sydney is recognized for her commitment and pleasant nature throughout it all.

This was a horrendous experience having a simple poster printed. I came 2 days after the job was “done” due to inclement weather. My flyers and trifold project was completed but the poster wasn’t after receiving an email the entire order was completed. The line was full of Amazon return even though there’s an Amazon store right next door so that was confusing. The staff were non attentive and highly disorganized. They had to print and laminate the poster in front me after coming back for a 2nd thirty minute drive back here the same day and they only did it because I pressed them to causing further delay from moving on with my evening. The staff said it would be done when I came back only to find out it wasn’t either visit. I’ll never be using staples for business or personal material moving forward after this.
