The staff are unprofessional and not helpful, especially the old Asian lady with short hair who was very rude and dismissive. She did not communicate respectfully or take the time to listen to customers.
- PSPaul StamenoffFeb 18, 20261.0I have been dealing with nightmare for the past month and a half. Living at the same address for 8 years, have the same vehicle parked at the same spot for 8 years. The only change is they have new employee, delivering the mail. For some reason he skipped my mailbox... 47 times so far! My wife has not received any paycheck this year. Important medical information is missing or returned. Business time-sencitive correspondence is missing. I try to talk to the employee, but he doesn't speak English. He responds rude, arrogantly and aggressive to me. I address the issue to the post office, but two weeks later no solution. Absolutely disappointed of how they handle situations like this. My lost curently is enormous, since I count on USPS to deliver my mail on time, but they illegally holding it for over 15 days. And this causing lost of thousands so far. Very disappointed from the way USPS handle (not handle) the situation. They state my mailbox is blocked, but this is not true statement. It is accessible as much as the rest of the street, where there is also parked vehicles. And we never had issues with the previous mailman.
