  This ups store is not good, when you go for Amazon return, they gonna charge you $2:00 each for print return label and they force us to buy return bag and rapping tape . Other ups store doesn’t charge for print return label. Don’t go this ups sore

  I don't think I've once seen them actually open on time. Incredibly frustrating. They're expected to open at 9:00 a.m. and it's currently 9:15 a.m. and the staff member is walking around the store not making eye contact with anyone waiting outside

  I went in today to return some stuff. Had to interact with the worst customer service ever. The owner was extremely rude and the staff ware just standing around. Please save yourself some time and go to a different UPS store if you want to be respected as a customer. I don’t know how the franchise gave the owner an opportunity to run the UPS store.

  Worse customer service ever. Extremely rude staff. The owner himself was extremely rude. Really brings down the value the UPS store stands by. Should not be given such owner an opportunity to handle such a great franchise.

  Wish I would have read the reviews on this UPS location before coming here. Everyone is spot on - the most unpleasant unprofessional experience I’ve had in my life. Three employees (men) standing around doing nothing (including one standing one foot from the door/door entrance) watched — as a woman struggled to push a baby in a stroller through the door while holding a toddlers hand and holding a box. No one offered to open the door - no one said anything they just watched a mom struggle to enter the door in silence (weird). When I made a comment about it no one said anything. And when I left and asked for help to open the door with stroller and two kids in tow — it was a CUSTOMER who finally offered to hold the door to help me exit not the UPS EMPLOYEE who was still standing right by the door doing nothing just watching me struggle to exit the door he was standing right in front of. Bizarre and weird vibe in the whole place. Something is off about 3 grown adult men (one in their 30s, other two in their 50s) who lack basic human decency and manners and on top of it don’t help a young mom even when asked! Spare yourself the unpleasantness that will be sure to put a damper on your day and go to any other UPS store in the area. Will never be back.
