  My printer was not working, the printer at work wasn't working, so I had to go old school and fax some time sensitive documents. These folks were super professional, and help me send my fax. Customer service was top tier. Highly recommend.

  Don't go if you're in a rush. They put up a new balloon stand at the register. This means if you're trying to get in and out, you'll have to wait ten minutes while some mom gets her balloons filled. Mind you this is in the same shopping center as a Chuck E Cheese. I'm going elsewhere now. Was only willing to pay the premium on their office supplies cuz it was convenient, now it no longer is.

  Management at this store is really bad. I ordered something and received an email at 7:41pm stating it was ready. Before heading out 40 minutes to get it, I called to ask what time the store closes. The recording for the store said 9:00 PM. I went and was at the atore at 8:40. The person who was a t the front said they were closed. I said the recording said 9 and that I was just picking up an order. Then the manager appeared and said in a rude way “we are closed” - never ordering or buying anything at Staples anymore. I can accept them following rules, but being rude it’s something else.

  I want to leave a great review for Naipaul at the Staples on Main St Fairfax (9480 Main St Fairfax 22031). I came in near closing time and was about to spend roughly $100 on 3 regular sized injet color cartridges for my 13 year old printer, which worked fine. I usually buy the pack with a 2X black cartridge, but I didn't need that. I noted the cost would have been around $200. Naipaul asked me why I would do that when I could have a brand new printer with refillable ink bottles built in for $350 (it was on sale). This included enough ink for 8000 pages, 2-3 years depending on use. My other HP worked fine, but the cost of ink would pay for the new printer several times over, and it's a great printer. So, I'm pleased he was direct in his sales approach. Otherwise, I'd spend that about once a year just on ink cartridges. He even carried the printer and put it in my car in the pouring rain. Two thumbs up for the rare great retail experience!
