  To the store manager and corporate I had a terrible experience at this location, I have done many printing here and beginning of April I emailed posters to print and on phone I was told $3.90 per square foot price and upon picking up I was charged triple what was told to me!!!!! Also on top of that was charged same day priority FEE! The worker his name James was very unprofessional, and was very rude towards me he does not know his job!!! Needs proper training when communicating to customers and trying to overcharge a returning customer….. Very disappointing to this location Old staff was not working they do better -

  I had an excellent experience in fedex store with ( Mrs. Harminder). She was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate her dedication and the effort he put into ensuring I was satisfied. I highly recommend ( Mrs. Harminder )!

  I don't know why I came back to this location again. Every single time they ignore the explicit instructions that comes with this QR code. The entire order is supposed to go in one box. I had a lengthy conversation with the person in charge last time I was in there and she finally seemed to understand the situation, which is weird because it shows up in their instructions right after they scan the QR code. I just wasted the last 15 minutes waiting while they listened to me telling them again that it needs to go in only one box. 15 minutes later they printed me out a ton of tracking numbers for a bunch of different boxes. This FedEx location only cares about doing it their way. It makes no difference to them what the vendor or the customer wants. Definitely my last time going to that location.
