Instead of simply explaining that she didn’t know where my package was or that it might be delayed, she argued that USPS doesn’t deliver to my office building, and it would be delivered to the mailroom, even though we receive packages here every day. It's never delivered to the mailroom, which I tried to explain. The situation was handled very unprofessionally and could have been easily avoided if she had just listened rather than trying to prove a point.
