    Internet and services have been out for months. Everytime I go the kiosk doesn’t work or they aren’t taking card payments or QR codes.

    For the second weekend in a row, they couldn't print label because they didn't have Internet. What's worse, my wife said they told her this in a very rude way.

    10/27/25 1:03 PM: I just had a very frustrating experience — the representative hung up on me during our call. Instead of simply explaining that she didn’t know where my package was or that it might be delayed, she argued that USPS doesn’t deliver to my office building, and it would be delivered to the mailroom, even though we receive packages here every day. It's never delivered to the mailroom, which I tried to explain. The situation was handled very unprofessionally and could have been easily avoided if she had just listened rather than trying to prove a point.

    Mail is often delivered days later than Daily Digest shows, mail delivered to wrong box ( 7 pieces of mail in my box for 4 different addresses in 1 day), greeting cards and thick envelopes arrive sliced open, mail delivered when it's supposed to be held.
