It came out, not right. I’m always kind bc I don’t know what others are going through. In my life time I have suffered myself. And that year it was hard again. Unable to sleep well, having a tough time managing PTSD. Had high anxiety and stress.. (bc I dropped one medicine). No normal routines, and going to work pushing myself. Coworkers worried. Hope was all I could hold on to. That time is over n at least better. I just want to say THANKS for all the work everyone does!

I have 6 lost packages now. I call and call and no one answers. Guess I will take more time out of my life to drive there again today…to get no answers again!

- RLR LJan 12, 20261.0I would give this post office a zero if possible. My office is in their district with the mail picked up from my office going to their facility. In the last year they have lost three pieces of mail sent from my office with paid invoices. The most recent was sent last month and I just found out by being assessed a late payment for payment submitted in our outgoing mail 3 weeks before the due date. I have given them every opportunity to correct their deficiencies and shall now take all future payments to a mailbox serviced by the Chantilly post office.
- CAc aDec 30, 20255.0I rarely ever use USPS so I wasn’t sure whether I needed to buy my own packaging, how exactly to attach a shipping label, etc. But as soon as it was my turn in line, the clerk easily guided me, gave me the right packaging already prepaid with the shipping label, and even lent me his own roll of tape to finish packaging so I didn’t have to buy my own. That is going above and beyond to help a customer. And this was even while he was efficiently juggling multiple other customers. Impressive. I will definitely be back at this location next time I need to mail via USPS.
