- VGVanessa Gutierrez3 days ago1.0Incredibly rude staff. I was having a hard day before coming in and failed to see and notice the repairs at the store and I understood that it was my fault for coming in when they were doing repairs in the store but as I was about to apologize for coming in knowing I wouldn’t get help the lady raised her voice at me in a condescending tone and made me feel uncomfortable.
- IGIvana GarciaFeb 17, 20261.0My husband went in to have a form notarize to give me permission to get my sons passport without him because he can’t miss work, the lady with short hair made him come get me bc she refused to read the form that was already completed said that isn’t her job. Not sure how she got her notary stamp, also made him complete his own ID information. He came home to get I went in and she was very rude I explain to her to my signature wasn’t needed bc he was authorizing me and she was super rude said her job wasn’t to read to form just to stamp it. I said as a notary myself you need to proofread anything you’re stamping. Never going back she kept cutting me off and was super rude. Horrible customer service!

I could see where people could say that, but once you talk to the folks there and get to know them, they’re actually quite nice. This location is convenient and doesn’t usually have long lines. I’m always in and out quickly and find them very helpful.
