In general, the employees I interacted with were welcoming and helpful. One downside I noticed was the printing cost. It felt a bit expensive if you asked them to print a return label, and I didn’t realize initially that it was cheaper to use the computer and print it yourself. After that, I just printed on my own. Overall, the service was solid. I also remember an employee once adding extra padding to my package for free, which I appreciated.
