    DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely horrendous and Terrible customer service from 2 guys at this location. I waited nearly 10 minutes in an empty store with zero acknowledgment until I had to repeatedly call out just to get someone to come out. The greeting I received was “What do you want?” — incredibly rude. My Amazon returns were already sealed and ready, yet I was told I needed to purchase tape and packaging unnecessarily. When I said I’d go elsewhere, they laughed and walked away. The attitude was SO dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unwelcome. Customer respect clearly isn’t a priority here. I will not be returning. This is not how customers should be treated. There are plenty of UPS locations — AVOID THIS ONE.

    0star,I have been a customer of this UPS store for many years. Their previous staff were very friendly. Today, when I went to drop off a package, the manager, Joel, refused to weigh it and was extremely rude. This is not just my experience; many others have encountered the same situation. If you don't like working here, you should have found a new job earlier. No one likes you working here. That's why many employees have left. It's just too bad.

    Came to drop off a package today, Joel the man with beard was so rude, i was waiting in line and he asked me to use the self scanner, i did and it doesn't show weight on the receipt, so i asked him to do it at the register with a weight on, he said no it doesn't have to show, I said my package got lost before, and ups said they couldn't do anything because there's no weight on the receipt. And he refused to help solve the problem. He said he can't cancel because i already scanned, but other ups employee have cancelled before. He said no there's no problem with no weight and said i was the problem, he said he can't solve the problem asked me to leave. And he also said he doesn't work for ups. This store used to have friendly employee, but this man was just so rude. I've never had such a bad experience.

    The staff is consistently rude, which tells me the owner clearly doesn’t prioritize basic professionalism. I stopped in today to drop off a package & was met with zero greeting & a very obvious “why are you here” stare from the person behind the counter. He acted like touching my package was a personal inconvenience. It’s wild how hard it seems to say “Hi.” I walked right out & went to the MUCH better UPS up the street — where they actually acknowledge customers. If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to find a new one. No one is forcing you to work there.

    This was by far one of the worst UPS experiences I’ve had. It was my first time at this UPS location, and I came in to return an Amazon package like I’ve done many times before at other stores where associates are always helpful. I waited patiently while a couple in front of me taped their box. During that time, the associate did nothing to acknowledge me. While the couple was taping the box, why not just ring me up it’s not like they were even done. Employees in the back were casually talking to each other while I stood there unnoticed. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Nothing. Then a white customer walked in and was immediately greeted and helped — which made the situation even more uncomfortable. I genuinely felt discriminated against as a person of color. When I was finally addressed, I was told to use the kiosk and they completely refused to assist me, even though it would have been faster and easier for an associate to simply take the return. I wasn’t asking for special treatment — just basic customer service and respect. This experience felt dismissive, unprofessional, and discriminatory. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it to anyone who expects basic courtesy and equal treatment.
