- BGBene Garrett5 days ago1.0Incredibly rude, short answers, and overall poor customer service. Save yourself the time and go to another UPS location. Went in for a simple Amazon return and the staff was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to accept the package as the outer box wasn’t sealed with tape. I’ve returned these no issue at all other UPS, where they’re more than happy to help seal boxes, but this location decided to be difficult. Come to find out the person I was dealing was the owner himself “John”. Let that be an indication of what you should expect in dealing with the owner and staff. Post review edit as I hadn’t even looked at other reviews…Definitely take a look at the owner’s responses to other negative reviews. They exemplify the exact type of attitude I experienced from him. Post post edit: the owner responses to negative reviews have all been removed.
- JJJames Yeager Jr.Nov 16, 20251.0The owner of this store will likely not understand why customers choose a different location in the future based on their responses to these reviews, but for years this location has been terrible in terms of customer service. Their prices are higher than most stores and they nickel and dime you for basic things (like charging you $2 to put an inch of tape on a box). In business this is called "the cost of doing business". Also, kindness and customer service go a long way in building your business. Your customers are your neighbors and they will find other UPS stores if the customer service continues to decline. Berating customers for their reviews and being defensive doesn't win over new customers. Try and take this feedback as constructive and improve your offering. I will update this review if things improve.

When I went here the kiosk was not functioning properly and the owner had a really bad stench and just kept talking about AI, modern technologies and profit margins and was no help. UPS needs to look into this store, seriously.

The man at the counter has anger management issues and the owner is excusing and ignoring the behavior in the reviews. I’m sure UPS corporate will be happy to find out you’re damaging their reputation as a franchisee. Try to be more professional or find a new line of work. Don’t make other people’s day miserable because you are. Do better.
