While the prices are a bit high, that’s to be expected for an on-campus service. I used summer storage both years as an undergrad and always received outstanding service—my boxes were delivered straight to my room, and any questions I had were answered promptly and helpfully. In addition, the staff—especially Dan—has always been incredibly helpful, whether it was guiding me through printing materials or assisting with returning Amazon items. Every time I’ve come in for help, I’ve been met with friendliness and efficiency.
