  To the employee with the long beard: I’d appreciate a bit more patience when helping customers. Not everyone ships packages regularly, and some of us are doing it for the first time. When customers ask clarifying questions, it’s simply because we’re trying to understand the process. This is the second time I’ve had this experience, and I’m fairly certain I’m not the only customer who has felt this way. A little courtesy and willingness to explain isn’t that difficult.

  I’ve always had an amazing experience whenever I need to drop off a package and it’s even better when Dan Paolini is there! He has helped me out so much when it comes to shipping out packages. I’ve been going to this UPS store for roughly a year and a half and Dan has been the greatest since day one. Thank you!

  I had the most awesome experience at this store! Dan especially has always been incredibly helpful every time I walked into the store. Quick and convenient service and always goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is helped to the best of their abilities! I’m happy to have this as my closest store!

  I've used the UPS store here on campus a couple of times and have definitely recommended it to people. They are patient and answer questions if you don't understand the process of something. Dan especially helped me when it came to notorizing some documents so I'm obviously giving 5 stars
