- BDBetty Doyle5 days ago5.0It was very easy to use. The USPS did not have a printer, so I went to the UPS Store. Very easy for them to print the label for my return package, even though I had to pay a fee. Easier than the post office I told my husband!
- CLC Lee6 days ago5.0I had difficulty with a large Amazon return but the friendly UPS staff at Fairfax (Lee hwy) helped to alleviate my stress. They allowed me to store my bulky box for a few days until I worked out the label issue with Amazon so I wouldn't have to transport it back & forth. They were patient on both visits and gave me advice on how to get things straightened out. I highly recommend going to this location.

The lady who assisted me was exceptionally rude. She even called me back just to “prove a point,” even though her point was incorrect. Her tone was loud, disrespectful, and bossy, completely unacceptable for someone in customer service. I have never encountered behavior like this from a representative of any business. I strongly recommend that whoever is in charge review our phone conversation and take the appropriate action. Customers should not be treated this way.

Then I received another significant bill for brokerage fee and tax. Overall the cost of shipping became more expensive than buying the product at destination. Calling UPS was also not useful. They made a case but never pursued it as I received no calls. Very bad experience overall

I always happen to be in on Katie’s shift, she’s the best so nice and super helpful and kind! The owner was also very helpful and kind and so sweet to my kids while they were getting anxious waiting for all of the 2 seconds my kids had to wait lol. Very kind ppl they get everyone in and out!
