- HLHYUN TAK LEEDec 10, 20251.0Last Friday, December 5th, I received a package that was misdelivered by FedEx. I called FedEx, and they told me they would come pick it up at 3:00pm on Saturday, December 6th. I waited, but no one came. Today, Wednesday, December 10th, I ended up taking the package to FedEx myself. I am not pleased with this experience.

I went to FedEx for the first time to return a package, and the older woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if my return was finished, she didn’t answer properly—she just yelled “HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!” with a very annoyed face. Then she even laughed at me as I was leaving. I regret even saying thank you. She should not be working there.
