I went to FedEx for the first time to return a package, and the older woman working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked if my return was finished, she didn’t answer properly—she just yelled “HAVE A GOOD DAY!!!” with a very annoyed face. Then she even laughed at me as I was leaving. I regret even saying thank you. She should not be working there.
