The entire order is supposed to go in one box. I had a lengthy conversation with the person in charge last time I was in there and she finally seemed to understand the situation, which is weird because it shows up in their instructions right after they scan the QR code. I just wasted the last 15 minutes waiting while they listened to me telling them again that it needs to go in only one box. 15 minutes later they printed me out a ton of tracking numbers for a bunch of different boxes. This FedEx location only cares about doing it their way. It makes no difference to them what the vendor or the customer wants. Definitely my last time going to that location.
