- NFNOLA FANDec 24, 20251.0So sick of coming into this post office and watching the line grow to an absurd length while Mike takes his time chatting away and half the time with a smug attitude. One register is open and people have to suck it up at his disposal. This post office truly disappoints.

Richard is always smiling and happy to help. The longest line I have dealt with was three people. I don’t dread mailing things.

I get scared all the time when my turn is and I don’t went to confront him because I can’t understand him while I’m Deaf. However I like coming to see Richard as he is fast pace, friendly, and love his smiles all the time! I always rather him over Mike. Just need to improve on adding self machines and have management to train Mike to be more fast pace and hire more staffs during holidays!!
