- PSPatricia StokerAug 8, 20251.0I sent a card to my niece through this post office and the card was ripped open and the contents were missing. They had the nerve to send the ripped card in one of their plastic bags. I also sent an item by registered mail and the carrier was to lazy to bring it to the house for a signature and put in a statement that the recipient would pick it up at the post office which was a lie. The carrier also has a problem delivering actual packages to the house. This is a sad mess for someone that is in employment, but don’t want to do their job. We have filed a formal complaint!!!
- EMEllen MeyerAug 5, 20251.0Where do I begin? Packages constantly coming up missing or late. Mail isn’t delivered for days at a time. I was told by a supervisor that the Informed Delivery service is not accurate even though it shows me what is supposed to be to come daily. Customer service is horrible, I have called for hours today and nobody picks up the phone. But if I walk in people are just sitting around. Quite frankly it’s the worst experience with USPS in any area I’ve ever lived. New management is needed at minimum. Would give ZERO stars if I could.
