- ALAlejandra LauMar 26, 20261.0I hope this place has cameras with audio so her manager can see what actually happened. Been coming here for a short while and the usual ladies are super sweet and helpful. Whoever was there this morning needed to do an extra prayer for happiness this morning because she had a terrible attitude. She had been sarcastic/ condescending since I got there but I ignored it because we never know what day people are having. I had grabbed a couple boxes (which in past I had never been charged for till I actually shipped them). She acted like I was trying to steal them and with a nasty attitude explained that priority boxes get charged. At the other offices Ive gone to I don’t get charged till later so I told her I wouldn’t take the boxes. My terrible mistake was to as I’m walking out forgot to put them back and left them on the counter. To which she begins to complain to the customer behind me “and she won’t put the boxes back, people right?” I turned around to get the boxes as my intention was not to leave it for her. She snatched them and said “it’s not a problem “ which it clearly was and tells me to have a better day. Mind you I was having a great day till I had the misfortune to cross her path. If you have questions or need help with your shipping I would highly recommend avoiding her.

Today, I was asked to fill one out. How is it that one location has the capability and this one doesn't?!!! Facility can use some cleaning up.

There were be nothing blocking my mailbox, the rest of my mail will be delivered, and he will not put the package in the box! I also frequently get damaged mail, so I imagine it must happen at this location.
