- JJJocelynDec 29, 20251.0i think we all know who to avoid at this location. short, brown, braided hair. ya know.. i had a box i needed to return and she wanted to charge me for a small amount of tape. i explained to her that verizon told me to come here and they would tape it because it was their fault for mailing me the wrong item. she was very rude and said “well you’re returning it aren’t you?” i don’t understand how people continue to live like this and ruin someone’s days with such ugly attitude. i’ve never experienced a horrible situation ever at any ups store. (this was all for some tape😂) i guess they pay her in tape.. 😒

The customer service from which I bought the item instructed me that this store could return my item and start the refund process. I was lost about what to do upon arriving because I needed a code that the customer service team didn't tell me I needed one. But to come to find out I needed to return the package through USPS not UPS. I was given so much help staff in figuring this mess out. A total of five employees helped in-between helping other customers including a manager to get a label printed (email issue) so I could then go to the post office to return the package. They were helpful and professional not only in serving me but everyone that came through the doors, in the time I was there, and quick. It was the best customer service I have had in a long time. 10/10 service
