Terrible customer service.
The person in the counter is giving happy rating to herself when asked by the machine.

The employees here are trying. They aren't very good but I guess they found 1 of the 2 packages they misdelivered. Better than some other post offices

Trying to overcharge for a package that I asked the price of at the beginning. Price jumps from $25 to $80. I asked was it the size of the box cause I’ve mailed heavy items in smaller boxes, but this was light. I would’ve gone down a size. She said it’s the box and weight. I refused but still had to pay for the box. I might as well go to FedEx or UPS.

The staff member here named Marilynn is by far the most miserable person I've ever encountered in a customer-facing role. Directly insulting customers to their faces or straight-up refusing to help them with whatever their questions are. She needs to be removed from the payroll. 03/11/2026-12:10 pm

I went today to this location and Marylin helped me, she was super rude and disrespectful, I asked her some questions and she sent me to another location, she couldn’t helped or gave me any information.
