The older lady with short grey hair was no different than a high school kid at their first job…terrible customer service & a little condescending. Explained that we drove from Tennessee to close a P.O. Box & didn’t have the key but said we were happy to pay the fee but this woman who is PAID to be friendly & helpful wouldn’t close the box! Said we should go back & hunt for them because they were needed to close the account…what? I was just told the lost fee can be paid!? Idk I guess it’s too much to ask someone who’s paid as well as postal employees are to do the job properly

They do not do their job. Usps Package said I requested for a pickup but I did not request anything. And now are making me pickup my package. I will be calling the higher ups as Amazon customer service said that even they do not know who requested it.

Idk how many times I expect packages and they will put delivery attempted and there was no attempt but just pure laziness. Today I was expecting two packages one was delivered and the other they marked as attempted later in the evening. My guess is they forgot one and just marked it as attempted for me to come pick up.

Awful. The individuals (minus one) who deliver mail are so lazy. She will not bring your package to the door, and will leave it on top of the trash can or on the ground in the dirt next to the trash can. There have also been multiple occasions where she just flat out refuses to get out of her car to leave a package (even small ones) and will leave a letter stating “sorry we missed you while you were out, your package is available for pickup at the post office”. I work from home, I don’t order anything that requires a signature. It’s literally just because she does not want to get out of the vehicle and walk. The post office is closed by the time I get off, so I am forced to wait until weekends to get things I ordered, all because of laziness. Someone needs to get involved and do a mass rehiring or training. Just ridiculous.

(SEE UPDATE) If I could rate this Post Office, Postmaster, and my mail carrier a negative star I would. A one star is to much. For one thing a few mail carriers I have delt with like (Tim) do a great job, but I will be contacting the main USPS Postmaster and USPS Office of Inspector General to make a formal complaint. There are a lot of people's reviews I have read about this post office and the employees, I think some of the employees either need new contracts or the post office needs new mail contractors and the federal employees need additional training on how to talk to customers and need better customer service attitude. If that doesn't work the Postmaster, federal employees, and contractors need to be replaced with employees that can do the job with a better attitude and efficiency. **(UP DATE)** since the last review I have been up to the post office, they are very nice and helpful. I did not see the last people I had problems with for the last few times I had to stop in. The mail carrier's are fantastic they do a great job, I no longer have the carrier that drops my packages in the mud by the road. They are doing a great job and it looks like they have replace a few bad apples.
