Carrier admitted to fear of dogs she does not know and does not exit her vehicle for package of deliveries requiring signatures. She will pull in the driveway and honk horn. Sometimes, items are returned and held at post office without and delivery notification. Postmaster is rude most of the time when carrier service complained about. Emloyee, Linda, who used to work at the Hardyville post office always very helpful and friendly though.
