    Had a package taken. My advice for people who get alot of packages get a signature required!!! Some carriers like that five finger discount.

    Horrible experience. Package was held at Teal Court Post Office in Danville,VA. Went to pick up the package and the supervisor stated they do not have the package and its on the truck for delivery. The delivery was already made for that day and by the end of the day my package was still missing. Went back 3 business days later and my package was still being held but undeliverable. No obstructions to my street or mailbox. I live in a home where the mailbox is easily accessible. The other mail pieces were delivered as normal to my address during the business days I waited but not this package. Went back to the Teal Court postoffice in Danville, VA and this time the supervisor made it seem as if it were my fault I did not pick up the package from the physical building. I placed no statuses on the package and just waited after going to the post office the 1st time. The supervisor was loud and rude especially after I asked to please lower the voice so my business is not made public in a room full of customers. The supervisor became louder and more aggressive towards me. By this time I was upset so instead of her-supervisor- yelling at me while I kept calm I just walked out. I still have not received the package and the item was not returned to the merchant as the supervisor said. Contacting the Post Master General. Situations like this have plagued my area for over 3 months now. I would like an investigation to be conducted on this supervisor for defamation of character against me.
