We went to get our passports right around the lunch rush so we came knowing to have some patience. She was able to bounce back and forth between us and those coming in. All the while a smile and great attitude.
- BLBrittney LaurenJan 26, 20191.0I mailed a letter from there that was closed due to the sticky part on the back. I just got it returned to me saying tape was not allowed. “Tape”. I did not put tape on the back to close it considering envolopes have sticky flaps. I don’t appreciate the post office worker that tampered with my letter. Waste of my custom stamps that I have to pay for, waste of my envolopes and paper. It was covered in their stamps and writing stating what “I” did to have it returned back to me. I do not recommend a place that’s so unintelligent and inconsiderate to mess with my mail that they did not write or pay for. No matter how small the difference is, you don’t tamper with someone else’s belongings that they send in the mail. Very disappointed, an F- doesn’t do justice to this.
