- CJCharles Scilabro jrJun 21, 20241.0I had a package that's supposed to be delivered today and as I checked tracking It stated customer requested for the package to be held for pickup. Which I did not do, I called them and informed them that I did not request the package to be held and ask them to please deliver my package, than they try to say I lived to far off the road, when they have dropped packaged on my porch many times before. Just ridiculous... they took it upon themselves to lie about the request for package to be held. They couldn't even call to inform me package is being held and needs to be pickup. A few other times they marked packages as being delivered, but didn't deliver packages until the following day or 2 later. I just don't get it why people can't just do there job that they were hired to do.
