They proceeded to have a cheerful, animated conversation while I stood waiting patiently. Feeling disrespected and undermined—not just as a customer, but as someone whose time and presence were clearly devalued—I chose to leave the store calmly and respectfully. I later called to report the incident to the manager, hoping for accountability or at least acknowledgment. Instead, I was met with dismissiveness: he told me I would “get over it.” Customer service is at an all time low in this area or maybe its only poor customer service for certain kinds of customers, Who knows but I will indeed "get over" it.

I walked in at 5:34 and asked if there were still notary services available and while pulling down the metal shutter (obviously closing up the store early) I was told they stopped doing them 5 minutes ago. So not only could they not be bothered to do a 3 minute service, they closed the store nearly 30 minutes earlier than their posted hours. So I would caution people about going to this location after 5pm since it seems to close early depending on who is working that day.
