I arrived at 9:45am to pick up an important package but they wouldn’t let me in until 10 on the dot (that’s fine), but then when I tried to retrieve my important package at 10, they refused! They said they had just loaded it (while I was waiting in the lot for it). On top of that, the lady there was cold and unsympathetic. Don’t go here- it’s worth it just to drive into Winchester to avoid this place.
