Most of the time its closed and when i did came in time the lady that works there wouldn’t give me a bit of tape just to close my package and i had to argue with her and prove my point that I didn’t had to buy a brand new 10 dollar tape just for one use at the end she did gave me some tape but I don’t have to argue with someone just for a bit of tape also the lady was distracted talking to his coworker and other customers and didn’t help at all also had to drive to another store for a box because the boxes they sell are over priced 29 dollars just for a box? Never going again it stresses me out every time i go.

Becoming more and more frustrated with my package deliveries. In the past month I've had 3 deliveries that all I recieved was a notice of "attempt" to deliver in my mailbox. I have a community mailbox location with parcel boxes specifically for packages. All of my items were normal sized, nothing that can't fit. Does the post office expect me to stand at the community mailbox and wait for deliveries? Additionally, I work full time and it is impossible for me to make it into the actual post office during the week to pick up packages that somehow seem so difficult to deliver for the Cross Junction Post Office.Today another "attempt" notice was left, all four parcel boxes were unused and my driveway is just down from the mailboxes. I feel like someone just doesn't want to put a tiny bit more effort into their job and actually try to deliver. I have a small side business and I count on deliveries when expected. Now it is MY responsibility to go online and request a redelivery when it should have happened today without issue. I have a call into the USPS to provide my feedback. This is not good customer service.

80% of the time they are out of shipping boxes to purchase. Go in to purchase a box to ship, the lady at the desk is to worried about talking to another associate to help me or answer my questions, tells me to go home and find a box. I have to grab a box 2x bigger than one I needed and as I'm standing at the desk to purchase it, she asks another customer to cut in front of me and helps him. I felt like I was not wanted and my time was not wanted. This has been my experience the 12 years of living here, and why I usually travel out of my way to use the store in Gore.

I was wondering way when I put up my flag for you to receive mail that I want you to mail was not picked up !!date 8/22/2017 4:20 P.M. Do you not honor this any more or is it just lack of Job performance .I guess your staff is so under paid these days you get what you pay for. maybe we should up the prices of USPS so we can receive at least some kind of service that we can depend on. But really I don't think it would help. Ban all cell phone activity on the routes would be a start and checking turn around times for pick up and delivery on the routes. Supervision++
