But, whenever it is raining, my packages get ruined! I have a covered porch but all packages get put on the steps? Why can't she walk up and place packages on the desk by the door like UPS and other delivery drivers do? The cartons and envelopes fell apart as I picked them up. How do I get this issue resolved?
