  1 Wonderful young lady who has always been very pleasant but yesterday I got to deal with her opposite (to be nice). Rude, nasty, etc.... Let's just say I will wait in my usual pleasant young lady and pass on her co-worker.

  The young man that waited on me yesterday truly “gets” customer service. Friendly, professional, and efficient. I had three transactions and I was in and out the store in maybe five minutes. I hope he keeps working there; he was like a breath of fresh air.

  Worst customer service ever! Had a package delivered through USPS and for whatever reason did not get handled by an associate who should've created a label so when I went to pick up my package they sent me to USPS. Went to USPS and got directed back to UPS because their system showed UPS had it. Went back and sure enough they had it without confirming anything from me the first time. It isn't my fault there was no associate there to receive the USPS package to create a label and 2 associates the whole time we're arguing about it all when it was a miscommunication between UPS and USPS, NOT the customer.

  Hello, good morning. I don't recommend it. The attention was terrible. On 03/09/2026. I went to take my package to be sent to Miami and everything was a disaster. The girl who attended me was very rude, just like the other guys who were there. Zero kindness, zero respect, zero understanding. They made fun of me for the simple fact of not speaking English well. I didn't understand it, but if I could understand some things they were talking about. The girl gave her my email to put it in my package and she didn't place it. I also gave her my phone number and she didn't provide it either. It was really a terrible attention.

  Hola buenos días no lo recomiendo la atención fue pésima el día 03/09/2026 fui a llevar mi paquete para que lo envíen a Miami y todo fue un desastre la chica que me atendió fue muy mal educada al igual que los otros chicos que estaban allí cero amabilidad, cero respeto , cero comprensión se burlaban de mí por el simple hecho de no hablar bien el inglés poco lo entendía pero si pude entender algunas cosas que hablaban la chica le di mi correo electrónico para que lo colocara en mi paquete y no lo colocó también le proporcione mi número de teléfono y tampoco lo proporcionó fue de verdad una pésima atención ……….
