- AAAlyssa Allicock2 days ago5.0I have a small business and I stop buy several times a week to drop off multiple packages. The workers are always so quick and accommodating when I come in. I drive past two post offices to go to this one because I always have issues at the other ones nearby.

My package was lost and the P.O. said it was placed in our mailbox on a Sunday and when I told them my home camera proved it wasn't they came up with 2nd excuse. Then they said it was delivered to another address because the merchant put an incorrect address on it. The merchant showed proof it was correct. The tracking also shows it had the right address. I guess someone at the post office had a nice Christmas!
- CMCarl MooreDec 12, 20251.0Mailed priority letter on 12/10/2025 from zip code 23834. It is now 12/12/2025 and still at Richmond distribution center. It took over 24 hrs to get to Richmond, Va. The priority letter is only going about 60 miles away to zip code 23974 !! The expected delivery is on 12/15/2025. The letter cost $11.90. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! The Postal Service is a joke and it is operated by incompetent jokers. I'm retired from USPS and will not use this service again. USPS rating should be well below 0 stars.
