Neither one of the associates knew how to setup the account so they had to call the manager or associate that knew how to set it up. When she called the manager, she had her on speaker phone. The lady on the phone immediately got angry and started to yell. I guess she was upset about being called while at home. Anyway, I guess the lady didn't want to be bothered so she asked me to come back Sunday. I will not be coming back to this location! I tried to give it a chance. Even with all of the negative reviews on Google. Horrible experience with being new to the state. I'll try this one more time at another location. Shut this site down until you have better trained associates UPS! 😒

The first person that answered the phone although polite was not helpful at all. She put the assistant manager on the phone who was immediately rude, immature and impatient. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this UPS location.

I send my packages easy enough but the workers are consistently the most unfriendly group I have ever encountered. They dont even look at you. Holler next, no hello, thank you, nothing. Can they at least even act like they want to be there?
